Christmas Eve!

We did the tradition Moon Christmas Eve. We ate Tamales and Nachos, and broke the pinyata. It was a fun evening. The missionaires came over cause their dinner appointment canceled. Then we just hung out for the rest of the evening, waiting for santa to come.

SNOW

It has snowed more this year than ever before since we have lived here. It was fun though. We had a white Christmas and it was so pretty to look at. It was alot of work for Trevor. He would get up and shovel home, then head to DQ, plow and shovel there, then return home from work to more snow removal at home. He did a great job!! Thanks babe. The kids and I just enjoyed it from the warm comforts of home. Now it is a week and a half later, and it is all gone, complements of warm weather and rain.

P.S. I told you Kaite we did have snow....

Going to look at Christmas lights

We got Payton and Chloe bundled up to go look at Christmas lights. They both fell asleep in the car. The roads were so bumpy I guess it just bonced them to sleep.

Trevor Running

Trevor is still running in this crazy wheather!! He just bundles up and goes at it. When he came home the other day, it was 8 Degrees out there!! BURRRRRRR. His face was like an ice cicle. I tried to take a picture of it, but you can't really tell. I'm so proud of him. He has great determination, and self control. The other day I caught him picking up the knife to cut a piece of peanut butter candy. He proceeds to put the knife down, and pick up an orange to eat instead! He is always doing funny things to.

The other day I walk into the kitchen to a burning smell. I look at the fire, and it isn't going, so then I look at the stove. Yep, Trevor once again turned on the wrong eye, and burnt though my crockpot's plug.... O-well. It was kinda funny!!! hope I get a new one for Christmas now.
Also the other day he was changing Chloe's bed and I told him to check the sheets, cause there was books in them. I later found one of the books in the washing machinge with the bedding!!! I just laughed and told him he also owe's Chloe a new book!!!

I love my husband and the funny things he does on accident. He is a great help, and I miss him when he is gone.

KIDS

My kids have been kinda crazy lately. Maybe cause we haven't gone anywhere. Stir crazy. They are so much fun to watch and play with!! I love them so much. This is just them on a typical day!

SNOW!!!!!!

So we are getting pounded with snow! I can't believe it cause this just doesn't happen here!! And it is freezing cold, like in Idaho, so it is staying around. The funny joke here is it will melt by noon. Well it isn't melting yet! haha. It's really pretty to watch, as long as you have a warm house to stay in, and no where to go. Hopefully it will stay so we have a white Christmas. I also hope the roads are good for Katie and Donnie who are comming a couple days after Christmas.. DRIVE SAFE.

Pinyata

Every year Trevor has to make a pinyata and follow in his family's tradition. It's alot of fun. We have tamales and nachos on Christmas Eve and break the pinyata. It's a fun tradition. So this is the making of the pinyata. Trevor and Chole got all messy making it, while Payton and I observed. Now we are wating for it to dry so we can finish decoration it and filling it for Christmas Eve.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Merry Christmas everyone!!! I dressed the kids in their Christmas outfits and took pictures under the tree. It's funny to see how big Payton is when Chloe holds him. You can barley see her.... And since Jon was here I had him take family pictures in front of the tree so I could make Christmas cards with them. Thanks Jon.

Who Has Longer Hair?

Jon came and visited this weekend and we had a great time! Trevor and him love to hang out. It's like they turn the clock back 15 years and just play the time away. They went shooting, played with their air soft guns, and nerf guns. They also would fun around the house trying to shoot each other, dodging behind things and trying to hide so they could ambush the other. It was great fun. Jon and I also had to see who had longer hair.... I won. Thanks for comming Jon.

Gingerbread Home

Every year we buy one of those kits to make our own gingerbread house. Its a fun activity to do as a family. Chloe has been waiting to do it for days. We kept telling her that mom and dad both had to be home from work so we could do it together. We finally got some time in between our shifts to get it done.

Cleaning house

This is how Chloe cleans the living room. When ever we clean I tell her to pick everything up so I don't vacum it up. So she just puts everything on the couch and chair. So here is the clean living room!!! Thanks Chloe, I love the help.

Christmas Decorating

We love our upside down Christmas tree. It's so unique. Everyone knows our house and knows about our Christmas tree. It took me forever to get Trevor to let me get it, and now he loves it as much as I do.

This is After.

This is the before.
