BIG #1.....

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY PAYTON

Yep, thats right. Payton in 1 years old today!!! He is walking everywhere. He also eats anything and everything. He says Dad, uh-o. We love having him in our family!

Chloe's bike

Chloe got one of her birthday presants early. We went and pick her out a bike yesterday! Of course it had to be pink! She loves riding it!

------Trailor RIDes-------

The kids like to go for trailor rides when I am at work. So they came down on Friday and Chloe got a hot fudge sundae made with chocolate ice cream and sprinkles. It was pretty much done before they had to leave. Apparently Trevor being the nice dad he is let her take it home. Well this is what he ended up with when he arrived home!!! I was soooooo glad he took pictures!! I think they look so inocent and cute! I guess Chloe decided to share her ice cream with her brother!!!

Swim Lessons

Chloe started swimming lessons today! She goes every day for 2 weeks. She did very well listening and sitting on the side of the pool. Her teacher put her under water once and she DIDN'T like that. Hopefully she continues to be good!

Birthdays

Well I have two kids with upcomming birthdays, so I have been working with Cassie to put together birthday cards and thankyou notes. This is what she came up with! We love them. When I asked Chloe if she liked them she said, "I love it, its perfect."
Good thing, cuase thats what she is getting. Then I asked her how many I needed to print. She said, "lots" "I was everyone to come to my party." Man I hope her birthday lives up to everything she hopes it to be! She has already requested those noise makers you blow on and the unravel. She wants everyone to say, "Suprise CHloe" but its not a suprise party at all... I hate to know what she is planning for her wedding. This girls is going to be exspenisve. Any one that wants to travel is welcome to come!

Well we started out by just putting a for sale by owner sign out in the yard, and now we have hired the help of a realestate company that helps you sell you house by yourself for ALOT less money! Check out the website.

Walking.....

Payton is pretty much walking!!! I don't know if that is going to be a good thing or a bad thing... We will have to wait and see. Don't mind his dirty shirt in the pictures.. They were taken by his father when I was at work.

I will have to take a video tomarrow and post it! Then you can see him in action.

He is also saying u-ooo, playing peekaboo,and yep throwing fits already!

Fun Run......

Well Trevor did it again. He had a 5K this morning down town Milton-Freewater. There was only about 50 people running/walking. It was the first time they have put on a 5K and it was great! Trevor came in first place. Which means first in his class also. The mens and womens first place was given a free pair of Brooks shoes... If you don't know the brand I will just say its a great pair of shoes. Trevor of course pick out I think the most exspenive pair ($130) but no money out of our pockets. Great Job Trevor!!!!!!!! After the race Chloe told Trevor, "Dad I'm so proud of you." She says the funniest things....

Well the house is offically for sale! Trevor put the sign up last Thursday before we started the yard sale hoping to get some traffic to see the house. Now we have been cleaning and decluterizing so it looks perfect! Here are some pictures we have taken to make up a flyer on the house. WHAT DO YOU Think???? I think it looks like a great house. Of course I'm biased though! Wish us luck on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one in a new STATE!!!
