Chloe usually does her hair on her own. She is getting better, but some days it is about 4-7 clips and other hair things in her hair, not holding anything, just there! She also has been dressing herself for sometime! THis is one of her cute new birthday outfits! She is also in her 7th week of swim lessons with one week left finishing up with 8 weeks total! She still hates putting her head under water, so they wont pass her to the next level! Maybe next summer!
